loading the embed plugin causes onChange in the editor

Steps to replicate

use previously saved data object with any embeded content
load the objecy using render() in the editor
as soon as object is rendered, the onChange will trigger in the editor.js

this is causing unnecesary trigger of saving functions due to errorenous onChange initiated by the embed plugin

I also have this problem. At the moment I would like to display a note for saving when something has been changed in the editor and the page is left.

Unfortunately, the logic does not work if the time is adjusted when loading content (e.g. YouTube video).
