Feature Request: expose all statements

Only few statements are exposed in Python API, such as begin, commit, but it would be useful to have all of them, such as pragma, create index and others, so that SQL code for DuckDB can be written with Python and its types for DuckDB, similarly to what happen with SQLAlchemy Core.
