Request: add Windows builds to releases and publish to Winget

I think it would be great if the tagged version are built and published as releases. And then published to Winget, perhaps using the WinGet Releaser action.

Unfortunately Komac (which WinGet Releaser uses) currently chokes on the file names when trying to use it on the official releases on Bredbandskollen's website, since the binaries are published without file extensions. If the would be .exe files, Komac could probably be run manually on the web page. As it is now, a manual pull request to the winget-pkgs repo is required.

Thank you for your involvement! We’ll start naming future versions with a .exe extension, and we’d really appreciate it if you’d like to continue helping keep the Winget package up to date. Let us know if there’s anything we can do to make things easier for you.

In the future we will investigate if we can automate this.

Building and publishing the binaries here on Github would be needed to further automate the release process to Winget I think. Unfortunately I'm more of a network technician than a developer, and I won't be of much help with the builds.

#24 adds workflow which builds Windows binaries on tagged commits. I could take a look at adding a WinGet Release action.
