Merge Redfish-related content from forked repo into console main repo

Merge Redfish-related content from the @nmgaston/console fork into a new branch of this repo, so that future development in can be continued int this repo. (up-to-date w/ monthly release)
Delete/Redirect forks w/ redfish to main console repo.

Closing the task as the PR has been merged.
Documentation and Release related activities would be taken up in the other tasks.
