Add missing SN assemblers PS2

[IWILLCRAFT-M0d]

SN compilers came alongside an alternative assembler which can be enabled by using -snas, however the page lacks them so I added them for the 2.95.3 (v1.14 & v1.36) and 2.95.2 (v2.73a).

The assemblers come sourced from here:

Tried to get the assembler for the other compilers, but I failed to locate any of them.

Delete the .zip at the bottom of the file, Github doesn't allow me to upload .xz files, so I just added the .zip so it let me upload it but in reality it is a .tar.xz file
