'No channel names provided' - single channel tiff file

Hey there,

I want to try your pipeline to process single channel tiff files. Folder structure is as suggested:

image_data (parent folder)
|_ fov-1 (field of view sub-folder)
   |_ CD45.tiff (single channel tiff file) 
   |_ CD20.tiff 
   ...
|_ fov-2 
   |_ CD45.tiff 
   |_ CD20.tiff
   ...

However, when providing the path to the parent folder ('/path/image_data/'), I get the message 'No channel names provided. Using index-based channel selection.' with no response from the widgets. According to your documentation I should be able to change the channels to visualise, select different percentiles and thresholds. In my case, nothing happens except for the display of above mentioned message.

Seems like I am missing something to read the files appropriately, any suggestion what it could be?
