Can't open 'saving options' table

Hi,

I use Penguin via jupyter, opened true Conda.
All the code files appear in HOME/PENGUIN (cloned via Git). I can open my images and compare threshold settings.
When I want to run the 'saving options', the path is found and images are identified, but the 'saving options' table does not appear. This is my output:

Path provided: Z:/.../...
Path provided: Z:/.../...
Number of images identified: 67
Channel names provided.

Could you help me open the menu where I can set the thresholds and save my adjusted TIFF files?

Hi Margot, sorry for the late reply!
Could you try re-downloading the PENGUIN repository and see if the problem still occurs?
If it does, could you let me know your operating system? Are you using macOS?
