`arg-processor`: Add support for hierarchical commands.

As it says. The idea is to support the patterns as exemplified by `git` and the AWS CLI (e.g. `aws ec2 run-instances`). `bashy-lib` supports this for commands that are fully defined by scripts; this item is for the ability of a single script to itself directly accept a hierarchical command in a reasonably easy way.
