Tests show as successful even if you omit close tags

When adding the span tags the project will still mark as successful even if the span tags aren't closed.

<span class="glyphicon glyphicon-plus"> for example succeeds even though it causes the entire lower third's format to be negatively impacted, we should consider adding this as a fail condition on the step that involves adding the spans and specifically call out that a span tag doesn't appear to be closed.
