Description
Description of the issue 📄
When creating a workshop, i can use html in the field "additional description" and it will format nicely in the workshop page. This is very helpful and afaik the only way to add line breaks or formatting there.
The html is copied into the workshop invitation email but instead of a nicely formatted email, the participants receive it as html code.
Two possible solutions
- Make the text appear as formatted text in the emails.
- Enable formatting in that field so html becomes unnecessary.
Context
Our chapter likes to tell people exactly what to expect in a workshop and there is hardly any space on the chapter description page, which is the reason why we put it all into the workshop description. But having so much text makes it hard to read all in one unformatted block so we started using html tags.
