feature: Add a "Continue Watching" or "Last Watched" Section to Course Dashboard

The course dashboard currently displays all available weeks/modules (e.g., Week 0, Week 1, Week 2) as a large grid.
The problem is that a user who wants to resume their learning must manually scroll through the entire list and locate the specific week/video they were last watching. This creates friction, slows down the process of continuing the course, and reduces the incentive to quickly jump back in.

I would like a dedicated "Continue Watching" section or banner to be displayed prominently at the very top of the course dashboard, above the existing grid of weekly modules.

This section should clearly show:
-> The Title of the last video watched.
-> The Module/Week the video belongs to.
-> A large, prominent "Resume/Continue Watching" button that takes the user directly to the exact point they left off in that video.

hey @Rajankannaujiya and @devsargam , may i work on this issue. i will implement the following:

1. i will add a banner on top of the course content page to resume from the instant you left.
2. when returning back from the video page to content page , it automatically scrolled to top. i will fix the pointer focus to be on the current opened week.
