Unusual restart on change of video quality
The video’s quality when changed in between the video restarts rather than constinuing from the same timeline.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Video quality changed in between
2. The video restarts

Expected behavior
The state should be preserved that is the video should run from the same
timeline.
