Idea just discussed with @cchang5: store all the simulation & D-Wave data presented in the paper in an sqlite file.

Idea on how to get there: intercept queried objects in clean_plots.py and inserted them (including dependencies) in an sqlite file. This functionality can be copied from LatteDB (dual-db branch). Key objects to look for are data_Data (experiment) and tdse (look for filter queries). After all rows have been identified, purge media dir for publication.

Remaining question: do we want to have a purged publication branch and keep the non-published files are also purge master, @cchang5, @lastyoru?

This currently points to the repository tag arXiv which should be created once we submit the repo. See also issue #32.
