EXIF data is incomplete and shows the wrong date times

I tried using Sequential in the hope that it would order photos by the date taken in the EXIF data rather than the useless date created on disk option that Preview uses but it seems not.

What's more is that the EXIF data is missing a lot of fields and does not even have the "correct" date times. It shows the Date Created from the file system rather than the Date Time Original and Date Time Digitized.
