Not all emails are successfully delivered

We always try to reply to ideas posted by users and sometimes we ask them a question back to which we very rarely get an answer. My assumption is that not all emails are going through, or maybe end up in the Spam inbox.

This (my) assumption got even stronger when experiencing that I don't get email notification for every single ideas users post on User Voice, so this requires definitely a closer look-up.

This intensified in the past time as I did not get any email notification from the last ~10 idea entries.
Could this be related to the Email provider we use at the moment? Since we are aware that the Successful Delivery Quota is at around 82%.

How do you know the exact quota?

From SendGrid. That was the last time I've checked (a couple of months ago).
