Tables - update component & add to DS -Master

DS does not include tables yet. 

In Playground file there are concept component which have to be updated (based on Budget App Case) and added to BCC - Components Master

For sure we missed:
- sticked column 
- another variant of header (with icon)
- variants for "grouping" info (i think two will be enough 1. default - with white bg and 2. highlight - with neutral/100 bg)
