dial_polling_demo.py throws gsmmodem.exceptions.TimeoutException: ['NO CARRIER']#101

I can write sms with no problems. However when trying to dial, it's not possible. I'm trying the file dial_polling_demo.py from the examples folder. How can I give you more information so I (or we) can debug?
