devsecops-workshop-pipeline CF stack event Errors

I encountered multiple CF event errors when deploying the devsecops-workshop-pipeline CF Stack. Does anyone know how to resolve these errors

I fixed the above errors by manually deploying the CF stack using the Management console. After I deployed using the console I got the following new CF stack event errors.
