Expand menu by default

The menu on https://atheme.dev/docs/install/ is folded, and JS events unfold it when clicking a section. This means the menu is unusable without JS.

Instead, it should be unfolded by default (so it works for browsers without JS), and automatically folded if JS is enabled to keep the existing layout for JS users.
