ps resize should not warn about `scheduler` or `release`

These are special names that scale tasks (not services). The CLI should take that into account instead of printing a warning.

ps scale should fail if attempted on these special tasks.

⚠  Service "release" does not exist. Settings will be used if the service is created later.

Suggestions:

✔️ Set default size for scheduled tasks
