[Feature] can not set label.rotate to 'radial' in chord chart #21199

What problem does this feature solve?
The label of the current chord diagram is horizontal by default, but when the amount of data is large, label.rotate should be set to 'radial' so that the labels do not overlap.
What does the proposed API look like?
Add ‘radial’ option to label.rotate
