In the email confirming files scheduled for deletion, mention whether the files are indexed #565
Description
As a PAUSE admin, I receive a copy of the confirmation emails sent when files are marked for deletion.
From a security perspective, it would be helpful if the email said whether the files being scheduled for deletion are currently in the CPAN Index. If they're not, then it's probably just someone tidying up their author directory (yay!). But if they are, then maybe I should pay some attention.
