The contact email address given on the Force Reindexing page doesn't work

In the text at the top of the Force Reindexing page, it says:

If this doesn't repair the index, please email me.

That email address, upload@pause.perl.org, has been reported as not working. It should probably be the modules@perl.org address, or some other one.

I sent an email to modules@cpan.org earlier today, which bounced:
