Copy reconstruction to central tiled server

Once we have the Globus DTN endpoint, we can start copying reconstructed data there, and host it via that Tiled server.

1. Create a Globus collection for 8.3.2 reconstructions
2. Ingest reconstructions into central tiled server (Prefect worker?)
3. Connect the Vis app at the beamline to talk to the central tiled server

Will we want to prune reconstructions from Ride, or retain them indefinitely?
