HPC round-robin #83
Description
We currently think about out multi-facility HPC workflows for resilience in case one system is down/under maintenance. To further parallelize long-running compute tasks (tomography reconstruction), we could implement a round-robin approach to the dispatcher where jobs submission alternates between ALCF/NERSC, further reducing result latency, especially in high-throughput scans (like tiled mode).
