Create a UI to view subscriptions across the mesh.
- Consumers to Brokers
- Brokers to Providers
- Providers to other Providers
Maybe update the Topology Viewer to display. Add a "Views" dropdown to flip between layouts. Standard, Streams, Subscriptions, etc.
