Partial Matching on get professors by name and get grades by prof name endpoints

The get professors by name and get grades by prof name endpoints do not support partial matching. To get the api to return anything, you need to input the professor's exact full name or else nothing will return. Should add partial matching to allow for typos and stuff like that

We also need to do a better partial search on the search courses too but firebase doesn't have partial search on strings link
unless we use a third party, prefix searching, or even another db.
Also firebase can't do OR across multiple fields. If we have a search query and want to find a course that matches the prof or the course title, we have to do 2 separate queries.
