Cost data avgc class needed for accurate calculations of energy/connection costs #224
Description
I think it is a good idea, that, when in the future when we have another project where costs are important, we create a new 'avgc_data subclass' that will contain all the data per DSO. (Enexis, stedin, liander to start).
Also an option list should be created for DSO.
Then when the subclass is created, the constructor asks for the DSO (type) and configures itself with the right values.
Then whenever in the model the values are called the right ones are returned.
This is needed to be able to more accuratly say something about connection capacity/ max peak delivery and overall import/export costs of energy.
-> This also requires a lot of data/information about the actuall tarifs per DSO.
