Percona cluster 8.4.4 small bugs

I tried to follow the Wiki for Percona Cluster 8.4.4 but this failed initially

I could only get the cluster working by adding an extra line to the [mysqld] section:

bind-address=x.x.x.x

Where x.x.x.x is the ip address as stated in the wsrep_cluster_address and wsrep_node_address.

Once I cleared all errors, cleaned /var/mysql and restarted the cluster building it came up.

Then I noticed an error message in the log, which is probably caused by the builder tools:
[ERROR] [MY-000000] [Galera] /home/pbulk/build-disk/joyent/percona84-cluster/work/Percona-XtraDB-Cluster-8.4.4-4/percona-xtradb-cluster-galera/gcs/src/gcs_state_msg.cpp:gcs_state_msg_get_quorum():947: Failed to establish quorum.
