Provide users with clear permission settings and device management options

Recently I analyzed your software's reviews on google play. In the LDA analysis of reviews, one of the main topics is software privacy issues. Many users expressed in the comments that they were worried that their log files would be leaked or have been obtained by others.
The review is about this topic:

1. "I hope this isn't my sys log file being shown publicly."
2. "What is this intended to do? It seems like it is keeping track of my every move on 4 device. Spyware in disguise??? Yep."
3. "Someone installed it on my phone that has my phone number which is my ex-girlfriend but she's using a computer to do it with she's got stuff all over my phone so your protection Google and Facebook has no good protection whatsoever"
   If you can provide the user with clear permission settings and device management options that let the user know which device is connecting to the user's mobile phone, and allow the user to choose to disconnect from it, then the user's privacy concerns can be resolved.

@Shawnli3287, the application is FOSS, and has been vetted by Google Play and F-Droid. What else would lessen their unfounded fears?
