Global Stats for the WebPanel

Usage Stats of the Webpanel / the Store Plugin are interesting to see what features are used most and what needs to be announced better to the Server Admins.

The stats should be collected anonymously.
It should be possible to disable the stats collection via the installer.
There should be a "Transmitted Stats" page that shows what stats are transmitted.

The following stats should be collected:

• User Count
• Category Count
• Item Count
• Reedem Code Count
• Total Times a Code has been redeemed
• Version of the Components
• Number of credits in Database

The installer I created ( see #43 ) does not currently include any said option, however can easily accommodate for one visually, and effortlessly process said option (I assume the var that controls the option would be stored in config.php).
