New-ServiceNowChangeRequest

I am trying to add an implementation_plan and a backout_plan. This produced no error, but the field is not updated.
I also tried.

 > Update-ServiceNowRecord -Table 'change_request' -ID $ChangeId -Values @{
    justification = 'Test'
    test_plan     = 'Test'
    implementation_plan = 'Test'
    backout_plan  = 'Test'
    }

justification and test_plan update correctly

What type of fields are they, reference?
