Replace nil to null

The prettier plugin for liquid prefers null to nil. They both evaluate to the same thing. It's a convention thing.

Just wanting to raise this concern, as we found that Liquid plugin replaces nil by null. While it is the same, null is not documented anywhere in Liquid documentation, there is only mention of nil: https://shopify.dev/docs/api/liquid/basics#nil

Could this be clarified in the doc?
