When starting TSC at Windows, can not write cegui.log

Q:

TSC support received email about errors at console when starting TSC at Windows:

A:

1. config.xml does not exist when TSC game is running first time, so it is using default values.
   This is normal. It is not an error.

2. cegui.log can not be opened for writing. cegui is used at TSC to make GUI, like menus, buttons etc. It could be that Windows or antivirus (like Windows Defender, F-Secure etc) prevents writing cegui.log , so look at it's settings to allow writing.

I'll leave this issue open. I may look later do I get similar errors when starting TSC at various versions of operating systems.
