PlatformIO Extension install workaround

PlatformIO IDE

1. Open extension in the Microsoft Marketplace following the links above
2. Download extension's VSIX file by clicking on "Download Extension" in "Resources" section (right sidebar)
3. Navigate to Extensions view in code-server and click "...", select "Install from ".VSIX".
4. Repeat for each VSIX/Extension.
