Investigate empty bed garbage data

Description

A monitor still can stay switched after patient is moved out of bed - which creates garbage data. This ticket is to identify and deal with this data.

Definition of Done

• Document for users what to do if they find unmatched values
• Claire to check if there is something in HL7 message to tell if the patient is not attached
• If this was to be fixed (optional) - investigate how to carry out the fix through waveform reader to identify garbage value and ignore it (a new ticked to be created for this if new funding is obtained)

Sympton is unmatched CSNs, but we think it's caused by getting garbage data through where there is no patient.

This could have consequences for our storage calculations if we're getting loads of useless HL7 data. We may have to go back and carefully delete stuff.

@thompson318 All waveform variables can send error messages. Generally any value < -32001 is an error. Please see attached for actual errors.

Does this account for all the messages with out a bed?

Thanks @clairejblack . I don't think I've seen values like that in the data I've looked at. I haven't looked at all the data though, and right now I can't think of a quick way to search through it for specific values like those.
