[Feature] Add option to filter NSFW channels

I feel we should add some sort of flag to filter NSFW channels.

Not sure what should be the default behavior, we could either

• show nsfw by default and add a --no-nsfw filter to hide nsfw channels
  or
• hide nsfw by default and show only when flag --nsfw is passed

I personally feel the second option is the better

I have made some progress in the nsfw branch by hiding nsfw by default and showing it only when the --nsfw flag is passed

Hi, love the project! Any update on this issue? For what it's worth I prefer the second option too.

It appears that iptv-org has taken down support for nsfw content in their project. However, the issue will remain open as there are plans for a new rewrite which may include custom URL support
