Replace LGPL 2.1+ license header for ASL2

There are files in the source code released under LGPL 2.1+, and shuld be ASL2 as agreed.

There are more, this is only an example. Please, review it and change the license properly because it is online at this moment and somebody could download and reuse it as LGPL2.1+
