Using this on TKL or no numpad keyboards?

Hello, I wanna try this mod out and it seems that even with changing the config file, it resets back to Keystroke instead of Keystroke.None to remove the combination. Tried putting the config file as read only and the mod won't launch. Any help? Thanks
