Ability to report specific photos within a profile. 

When a person is looking through someone's profiles, they should be able to report specific ones, so that they are flagged as inappropriate or offensive. For example, if someone has nudity in a photo, but the rest of their profile is fine, a person can report that photo to indicate to the person that it is a specific photo that is causing the report.
