Description
The first person to swipe on the second doesn't have to do anything. The second person, who then swipes on the first has to send the first message. This will result in approximately a 50/50 balance of men and women sending the first message.
Whether they should have to send it instantly is up for debate, I think so.
The idea is to make the initiation more fair and balanced, but not explicitly by gender such as in Bumble. Also by doing this, in conjunction with the limited number of matches, there is no incentive to build up a big pile of matches before you start messaging, so people will start sending messages right when they match, whether they are male or female (or anywhere in between :) )
