Kaapi UI : Build frontend for kaapi's necessary features #514

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently all the features and capabilities of kaapi just have APIs and do not have an UI, other than evaluation. The lack of a frontend creates a barrier to adoption.
Describe the solution you'd like
A comprehensive Kaapi Web UI that provides self-service access to all major platform features which are:
- Evaluation feature
- Document upload and transformation
- Collection creation
- Config managment
