(bug) The Linux/Android build does not respond to system's Light/Dark mode

On Desktop, the Babble app responds to changes in a user's theme (namely light/dark mode). On Android (specifically my Samsung Galaxy S21) the theme does not react to this change, although a user can change the theme manually in the settings dropdown.
