"Orange" mobile internet and MMS not working

Describe the Bug

On pixel experience A14 with Orange SIM provider mobile internet over ipv4 and MMS don't work. It don't work on crdroid A14 also, but work in MIUI and Pixel Experience A13.
APN is automatically set up exactly like in PE A13.
Partial workaround: set up APN Orange internet to ipv6, which is supported by Orange. There is no workaround for MMS not sending and not receiving (Orange supports MMS only over ipv4). I send screenshots of APN configuration and logs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Reset APN settings to default.
2. Choose Orange PL by default.
3. Open web browser - internet doesn't work.
4. Try send or reveive MMS - doesn't work.
5. Change APN Orange internet settings to ipv6 - internet works now, but MMS still doesn't work.

Expected Behavior

Mobile internet and MMS work with Orange provider.

Possible Solution

There is something wrong with setting up this provider on PE A14. Missing system files or mistake in source code?

APN is set exactly like operator provided. "Orange" provided 2 different settings for internet - first over ipv4 (which works on PE13 and doesn't work on PE14 and other A14 ROMs. It is also set up automaticly by PE13 and PE14) and second over ipv6 (works on every ROM but sometimes websites have problems). For MMS there is only ipv4 configuration which doesn't work at all on PE14 and works on PE13.
This is not a problem with APN automatic configuration, which is set up correctly by the ROM itself. Exactly same APN is on Orange website and works without any problems on PE13.
