Demo for Apollo 6.0 #17

Hi OSSDC team!
I do my research based on Apollo 6.0 and LGSVL, and the cloud server shut down recently. I found your project in issue list and tried to connect OSSDC with Apollo as this link did but failed. It seems that these demos are mainly based on Autoware, so is there any demo based on Apollo 6.0, or is there any step I miss in the existed demo that is necessary to connect with Apollo 6.0? Hope for your reply, thanks!
