Modify Calculation for ToO Geometric Acceptance #101
Description
Current implementation of calculation of the geometric acceptance for the ToO uses an approximation that breaks down near the Earth's limb. Need to modify the Monte Carlo more accurately sample the ground in the field of view of the detector.
