The wording on this statement is confusing and should be corrected to be more clear. Currently the sentence says "The throughput for operations offloaded to the NIC card is approximately 5% or less."

Instead it should be changed to "The network throughput performance impact for IPsec encryption operations offloaded to the NIC card is approximately 5% or less compared to plaintext operations with no IPsec encryption enabled."
