Allow lower case font in header

There could be a default checked box that enforces upper casing on header text. But unchecking it would let the end user handle it. Sometimes in bedrock maps, some unit name need to have lower case character, but since the whole thing is set to upper case, the cartographer needs to redo it manually each time.
