how to deploy to heroku and how to run the bot?

first of all thanks for creating such a useful project, i want to deploy it to heroku so that i can use it in telegram.

so please will you add instructions how to deploy to heroku and what changes should be made before deploying?
also you havent put any instructions how to use this bot afterwards, i mean how to run different tasks like gclone, rar, aria2 etc.
