Does the Dark Lord's Summon skill work if I’m level 400 with Master Level (EX) and I party with someone who is level 1? Can I teleport them anywhere I want, or are there some places where they can't be summoned? I haven’t checked the events yet, but I’m going to. Can this be fixed?

I have not tested that, but I think that works. Did you try it?

Summoning into events (MiniGame) or out from an event is not possible:

Other than that, there is currently no limitation. Do you think something is missing? Like summoning a low level into a high-level map?

As far as I know, it didn’t work on certain maps, like Kalima 1-7. Arena or custom map
And if I create a level 1 character and bring it to a high-level map, I can level it up in 5 minutes and it's ready for reset (GR).

It doesn’t work, I tried it in Blood Castle.
